Texgate is an exciting new messaging service for textphone users.

For the first time, it allows hearing impaired people to use a normal text telephone to send and receive e-mail messages to and from any e-mail user in the world!

Texgate is a fully automatic system so it is completely private and confidential - no one else can see the messages that you send, and access to messages you receive is controlled by a password known only to you.

Even better, it is completely free!*

Texgate is the ideal way to stay in touch if you don't have or want a computer. Absolutely no knowledge of computers is required, all you need is a textphone! You can correspond with the growing number of organisations and individuals who use e-mail, as well as using the system to send messages to other Texgate users.

A free Fax transmission service is on offer until the end of September 2001. You can transmit up to one fax per day to any standard UK fax number completely free of charge!

Call the Texgate service number using your textphone to register. When you register to use the service, you are allocated an e-mail address, allowing you to receive messages from any other e-mail user (including other Texgate users).

*National rate telephone call charges apply. The Texgate access number is national rate telephone number, which means you will be billed by your telephone provider at national call rates. Texgate e-mail is not and never will be a premium rate service - it is free.
